I find myself struggling at work when someone (my boss) waits until the last minute and then dumps multiple projects on me at the same time. This happens in addition to my regular duties. They expect me to pull overtime, which is impacting my family relationships as I’m working all hours of the day and night and not able to pull my weight with chores and making dinner. How do people do this? I’m out of hours in the day- I can’t wake up earlier, or go to bed later!
