1. The student’s feelings and reactions to the client and to the interview (in the table below). Client is a single 45-year-old male who is currently homeless and living in his car. He has a diagnosis of schizophrenia but is in denial of his diagnosis and is not on any medication or seeing a mental health therapist on a regular basis for his symptoms. He has a long history of mental health services and has fired all his previous providers.
2). Presenting Problem:
This is a follow-up with the client. We are meeting to discuss the client’s progress. This session is to discuss clients concerns and collaborate to find effective solutions to his current situation.
